What is the delivery time?
We need an average of 1 to 2 working days to ensure that your order is delivered to your door. If you are unsure whether everything is going well with your order, lease send an e-mail to info@bolatini.com and our team will take care of it immediately.
You will receive an email from us as soon as the order as registered with our courier service (DPD). Using the track &
trace code that you'll receive by email, you will be able to track your order from that moment on.
What are the postage costs?
All prices on our website are exclusive of shipping costs.
We do not charge shipping costs for customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.
Unfortunately, there is no pick up option available due to the security measures at our warehouse. Once you enter your address the shipping costs will automatically be calculated at checkout.
Delivery is via the DPD or parcel delivery service. All orders placed outside of normal business hours will take place the next working business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery as the courier service will determine the exact shipping time frame once the track and trace code is created?
Can I exchange/return my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges due to the inability to confirm if your product is still in stock by the time we receive the item back to our warehouse. Returns however are accepted. Please see our return policy section for more details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is ispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email contains a tracking number with
the designated courier.
If you have not received any email, our email may have ended up in your spam folder or you may have entered an incorrect email. If you still have questions about your package, you can always email us at: info@bolatini.com
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship to most of Europe, the United States and Canada. Do you want to know if we also ship to your country? Please send an email to info@bolatini.com
Where does my shipment come from?
We ship all our orders from our Dutch warehouse (from The Netherlands).
Do I have to pay import taxes?
Since we are located in Europe you do not have to pay import taxes.
